The use of the domain name www.cold2horse.com is duly registered by the company, with all safeguards, as provided by Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and e-commerce. These legal terms are, moreover, fully in line with the legislation in force on data protection, e-commerce, contracting conditions, intellectual property and other subsidiary provisions.

Section 06Liability

The company does not guarantee continuous access, nor the correct display, download or usefulness of the items and information contained on its pages, which may be prevented, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances outside its control.
