Section 01The form

Fill in the fields, print or save the form, and send it to contact@cold2horse.com with DEVOLUCIÓN —the Spanish word for return, which is what our terms require in the subject line— followed by the order number.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract entered into on the date given above.

Section 02Further information on exercising the right of withdrawal
Under the Spanish Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and without any penalty, within 14 calendar days of the service contract being entered into.
Withdrawal is free of charge for the customer. Equestrian Thermal Technology, S.L. will refund the corresponding amount, including the administration fees for the registration, without undue delay and in any event within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal form is received. The refund will be made by the same means as the initial payment was received.
However, where any material evidencing the registration has been handed over, Equestrian Thermal Technology, S.L. may withhold the refund until that material is received; in such a case the supplier will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them improperly.
Where the return of the product gives rise to transport costs, these must be borne by the supplier provided that the return is purely on the basis of the right of withdrawal and not on account of any lack of conformity of the product.

Section 03Data protection information
We process the information you provide in order to deal with your withdrawal request and to comply with the applicable legal obligations, the legal basis being a legal obligation. The data provided will be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, in addition, for the years needed to comply with legal obligations.
